Introduction: The Department of Chemistry runs Under Graduate programme (B.Sc.) and Post Graduate (M.Sc. Inorganic Chemistry) programme along with Ph.D. Research centre. The department is fully equipped with instruments, equipment and reference books for the students of UG and PG. In addition to the theory and practical classes, there are conducted co-curricular activities by the department for the betterment of the students such as research projects, seminars, group discussions, industrial visits, guest lecturers, etc. It also conducts different Certificate Courses for further upgradation of students’ knowledge.

  Facilities:        The Department has two separate well-equipped and sophisticated laboratories. The Department has a special research Laboratory which is available for Research Students. The Department is recognized for M. Phil. / Ph.D. courses by PAH Solapur University, Solapur and it also offers Consultancy services. The department has well-equipped research and laboratory facilities like High temperature muffle furnace, Spray pyrolysis unit, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Spin coating unit, Electrodeposition unit, Hot air oven, magnetic stirrer, thermostatic water bath, potentiometer, conductometer, polarimeter, colorimeter, refractometer, distillation unit, terbidimeter, Vapour Pressure, Osmometer, LCR Bridge, Cyclic Voltmeter, pH meter, Digital Balance, etc. Courses Offered:
